MACC150 A contact-free, very high precision DC current measuring system The MACC150 is the smallest member out of the PM-SMS range of precision current measuring systems, a range that extends up to 100kA The working of the MACC150 is based on the zero-flux principle that implies active control of the current fed into the secondary winding in order to balance the magnetic field of the primary current on a ppm level FEATURES ARE: -The secondary (output) current is a precise scaled copy of the primary current for DC and AC up to several hundred kHz -Bipolar measurement -Automatic (re)establishment of zero-flux balance after temporary loss of supply current or over-current -Valid ** (indicating that the system is working properly) -Galvanic insulation to the primary circuit The MACC150 is intended for integration on printed circuit boards and is available in a premium and a standard version. The main characteristics are listed below
